Returns

You may return most new, unopened, unworn and unused items* sold and fulfilled by Skylands Saddlery within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit (less original shipping charges). Items must be returned in their original product packaging with all tags attached. We will also refund original shipping charges and pay return shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time frame will largely depend on the time for the package to arrive at our store, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund.

*Exclusions are as follows: This return policy does not apply to new and used saddles, bits, consignment items, special orders and clearance items. Please see our Saddle trial policy for more information pertaining to saddle trials, purchases and returns. Bits and all consignment items except for saddles are final sale.
